Wanna Talk About It?

Conversational therapy that helps you make sense of what you’re feeling and find a path forward.

Therapy Services

We tailor every session to your needs, your style, and what helps you grow.

Kids

Kids often don’t have the words to communicate complexity, so they often communicate best through stories, movement, art, and play.

We help kids navigate big emotions, build confidence, work through anxiety, and understand and cope with what’s going on in their world.

Sessions are interactive and comfortable, giving them space to feel safe, supported, and understood.

We can help with:
– Anxiety and worry
– Emotional regulation
– School stress & social challenges
– Grief or family transitions
– Behavioral struggles

Teens

Teen life is a lot. Changing friendships, school pressure, identity, family dynamics, hormones, it all hits at once.

Therapy gives teens a place to talk openly without judgment, learn healthier ways to cope with big changes, and build the skills they need to feel grounded and confident.

We can help with:
– Anxiety, overwhelm, and stress
– Depression or low motivation
– Self-esteem and confidence
– Social pressure and friendship challenges
– Family conflict and communication

Parents

Parenting is challenging in ways no book or podcast fully prepares you for the unique stress and pressure that is being a parent.

Whether you're going through a rough patch with kids or teens, navigating foster care or adoption, or feeling stretched thin yourself, we are a space to breathe, reset, and work through feelings of overwhelm, blame, and every other complex emotion that accompanies parenthood.

We can help with:
– Parenting stress
– Understanding your child’s behaviors
– Foster care and adoption transitions
– Co-parenting challenges
– Burnout, overwhelm, emotional depletion, and all of the feelings

Individuals

Clients often come to us when they are feeling a bit “off.” Everyone goes through periods where life is challenging, heavy, confusing, or they just feel stuck.

Therapy offers a place to slow down, understand what’s underneath the surface of what you’re feeling, and untangle the patterns keeping you from feeling like yourself.

We can help with:
– Anxiety or depression
– Stress, overwhelm, and burnout
– Identity or life transitions
– Trauma, grief, or loss
– Relationship patterns and boundaries

Couples

Healthy relationships take work, honesty, and communication. We’re not here to be a referee or assign blame, we’re here to help you strengthen your bond with each other and rebuild a healthier foundation.

We use a Gottman-informed approach that helps couples build trust, improve communication, repair old hurts, and reconnect with each other’s needs.

We can help with:
– Communication struggles
– Conflict cycles
– Trust repair
– Disconnection or drifting apart
– Strengthening partnership + teamwork

Brainspotting Therapy

A gentle, focused way to process what’s stuck.

Brainspotting is a neuroscience-based therapy that helps you access and process unhealed experiences and emotional blocks—often the things you feel but can’t always explain.

It’s less intimidating than it sounds, we promise.

How It Works

Your brain and body store experiences, even the ones you don’t fully remember. Sometimes those experiences get “stuck,” showing up as anxiety, irritability, emotional triggers, or stress responses that don’t seem to match the moment.

Brainspotting uses a simple eye position to access where those experiences live in the brain, allowing the mind and body to naturally process and release them. You’re fully aware the whole time, and we go at your pace. It’s similar to zoning out in a way, only it’s intentional, controlled, and highly effective. Many clients describe it as grounding, clarifying, and surprisingly gentle.

We’d be honored to walk with you in your healing journey.
