About Us
Restoring Connections Therapy was founded on a simple belief: when we understand the why behind our experiences, we open the door to real, lasting change.
What began as a small, research-informed practice has grown into a space where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to rewrite their story with clarity and compassion.
Our work is rooted in relational, evidence-based care. We believe therapy should feel safe, accessible, and genuinely human—less about clinical formality, more about meaningful connection. Every session is tailored to meet you where you are, grounded in curiosity rather than judgment, and focused on helping you move toward what’s next.

I am a Licensed Social Worker and received my master’s degree from Indiana Wesleyan University.
I have worked in the mental health field for over 8 years. I enjoy working with all ages of individuals. Over the last 5 years, I have been working with children and families walking through a difficult time in their life. My passion and expertise lie in working with teenage females struggling with their mental health. I have worked with individuals with complex trauma, addiction, anxiety, defiance issues, behavioral concerns, and depression.
My focus as a therapist is to meet clients where they are within their healing journey and walk alongside them. I like to utilize motivation interviewing, a strengths-based approach, and cognitive behavioral techniques. My heart for therapy came from my own mental health experiences and wanting to help others become the healthiest versions of themselves.
While I’m away from work, I am a wife, proud mom of a beautiful daughter, and eager Golden Retriever. I enjoy spending time outdoors fishing, golfing, and taking walks with my family. I also love exploring new pizza places followed by a scoop of ice cream.

My approach to therapy is compassionate and holistic. I believe in meeting people where they are and honoring the values that matter most to them. For those who are interested, I’m happy to integrate faith-based principles into our work together.
Above all, I’m passionate about helping people strengthen their relationships, build resilience, and create meaningful change. Healing is never one-size-fits-all, and I’m here to support you in your unique journey.
I recently earned my Master’s in Social Work from Indiana Wesleyan University, and I bring nearly five years of experience as a home-based social worker. I’ve had the privilege of working with children, individuals, couples, and families—each with their own story, strengths, and goals.
I also have a deep background in supporting people through addiction and recovery. It’s incredibly meaningful to walk alongside clients as they rebuild their lives and rediscover what fulfillment looks like for them.

I began my journey into Massage Therapy in 2023. I was seeking a meaningful career change and found myself drawn to the field of Massage Therapy.Although I didn’t know much about the field at the time, I trusted my intuition and enrolled at Indiana Wellness College. That leap of faith led me to a profession I quickly grew passionate about. During my training, I developed a strong foundation in anatomy and bodywork, and I discovered just how powerful massage can be—whether easing muscle tension, supporting pain relief, or helping the body release stress and stored trauma.
I am committed to fostering a space that invites comfort, trust, and a sense of calm. Supporting mind–body wellness is at the heart of my work. I am trained in Trigger Point Therapy as well as Sports and Medical Massage, and I tailor each session to meet your unique needs.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family. I’m an avid reader and a dedicated puzzler (I truly love my puzzles). When the weather warms up, you’ll almost always find me outdoors—reading, tending to the yard, or simply relaxing with music.
We would love to support your journey to healing. Contact our team today to learn about next steps.
